Rachel Johnson
Rachel Johnson is the CEO of Cherryland Electric Cooperative, a member-owned utility serving more than 40,000 homes and businesses in northern Michigan.
She believes energy policy and utility economics must ultimately deliver reliable and affordable power for rural communities.
Rachel represents Michigan on the board of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, helping shape national strategy for electric cooperatives that serve more than 40 million Americans.
She also serves locally on the boards of Traverse Connect and the Freshwater Research and Innovation Center.
